What you´ll do
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing LATAM Sales Campaigns and ensuring financial accuracy of discounts, including proper accounting practices (accruals, payments and account reconciliations);
- Prepare and control the forecast of sales campaigns to support business objectives;
- Align financial strategies with overall business goals and market conditions;
- Prepare and deliver presentations on project performance to the team;
- Oversee and manage the company´s commercial policies to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field;
- Advanced English;
- Spanish (preferred);
- 4+ years of experience in finance / business partner roles;
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Proficiency in software and tools, such as Excel, Power BI, Salesforce and ERP systems (SAP).
