About this Position
The role focuses on managing and growing key client accounts in the Power and Industrial Automation sectors. It involves building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and developing strategic plans that align with company objectives. The position drives sales growth by identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful project delivery. It also requires monitoring market trends, maintaining accurate account records, and providing regular performance reports to support informed decision-making.What you´ll do
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the Powe and Industrial Automation industry.
- Serve as the main point of contact and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet their needs and align with company goals.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Drive revenue growth by promoting company products and services tailored to the end customers.
- Understanding of Segment cluster and market, Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms.
- Ensure that agreements are compliant with company policies and client expectations.
- Oversee the delivery of products and services to clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues that arise.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.
- Use this knowledge to provide insights and recommendations for improving client strategies and offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics using company’s project & customer management tools.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on account status, growth opportunities, and key challenges
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Should have BE/Btech in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical. MBA is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of Power and Industrial Automation
- Selling at OEMs Process and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders.
