About this Position
The role is responsible for driving sales performance and market growth within the assigned territory by developing and executing effective sales strategies. This includes setting and achieving sales targets, forecasting demand, and continuously monitoring performance to ensure business objectives are met.What you´ll do
1.Sales
Planning & Targets
Sets sales goals for their area, creates strategies to achieve them, and
ensures targets are met or exceeded. This includes forecasting demand and
tracking performance regularly.

Team Management
Lead and supervise a team of sales executives or representatives. This involves
hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating team members to improve
productivity.
3.
Market Development
Find new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and strengthen
relationships with existing clients, distributors, or retailers.
4.
Channel & Distribution Management
Ensure products are properly distributed across their territory—working with
dealers, wholesalers, or retailers to maintain availability and visibility.
5.
Performance Monitoring
Regularly reviewing sales data, preparing reports, and analyzing trends to
adjust strategies and improve results.
6.
Customer Relationship Management
Building strong relationships with key clients, resolving issues, and ensuring
customer satisfaction.
7.
Competitor & Market Analysis
Keeping an eye on competitors, pricing strategies, and market trends to stay
competitive.

- Minimum Experience of 8 years into sales
- Any graduate, MBA degree shall be preferred
