About this Position
- Strengthen the technical service capability in Electronic Application in PIA market.
- Provide more efficient support to global and regional key account customers PIA market.
- Prepare technical support for protentional business growth in PIA market.
- Act as Adhesive
solution in electronic which expert between
customer and cross function team, e.g., PD, marketing, PM, PMI, etc.
What you´ll do
- Execute customer electronics PIA project with engineering expertise and bring solution.
- Develop new electronics application and service for potential business.
- Participate in innovation projects & cross functions department/SBU communications.
- Manage routine AE lab work (testing, SHE, Satey, ELN, etc.,) .
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Major in Mechanical Engineering, Material engineering, Polymer…
- >3 years working experience in electronics Adhesives, familiar Power/IGBT/PCB industry is a plus.
- Fluent in mandarin and English, Good English speaking and writing.
- Experience with Potting/ECA/Thermal/coating technology including good knowledge of application equipment, computerized data collection and processing.
- Experience in acoustic package design is plus.
- Knowledge about adhesive in Power/IGBT/PCB industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated capability of problem solving and high analytical skills.
