About this Position

This position leads the production cell by developing and executing short‑ and long‑term strategies to ensure optimal efficiency, output, and adherence to the highest standards of Safety, Quality, Environment, and customer service. In addition, this position develops operators according to the skill matrix and serves as a leader and coach to drive continuous improvement aligned with OEE and glidepath objectives. Furthermore, this position owns and manages all KPIs for the cell—including Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Scrap, Sustainability, and Cost—and is fully accountable for the actions and results. 

What you´ll do

  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Spend significant time on the manufacturing floor to coach, develop, and coordinate tasks for cell team members and shift leaders.
  • Promote a safe and healthy production environment, ensuring strict adherence to EHS standards and safe work practices.
  • Lead structured MUDA walks, identify areas for process optimization, and collaborate closely with Technical Reliability and Support functions.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or a similar discipline is preferred)
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and managing production teams/personnel; Proven experience in production or operations management within a manufacturing environment
  • Professional communication skills in both Korean and English (for global reporting and cross-functional collaboration)
  • Experience in FMCG, Chemical, Laundry & Home Care, Beauty Care, Pharmaceutical, or Automotive industries
  • Knowledge or experience with Continuous Improvement tools (e.g.,Lean, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma).
  • Strong understanding of SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards
