Job Summary and Qualifications


As a Quality Coordinator, you will coordinate quality initiatives along with the Quality Director to include Core Measures, peer review, OPPE/FPPE, Quality Data, and special QI projects. You will learn and perform additional duties within the Quality Management department. This position requires you to work on-site and attend frequent in-person meetings and respond to events within the facility on a regular basis. 


  • You will assist with coordination, dissemination and implementation of action plans to achieve compliance and improve core measures and quality initiatives 


  • You will perform concurrent review, abstraction, and IRR for Core Measures
