To be fully engaged in providing Quality / No Harm, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by\: Contributing to outstanding quality, values, and service to the customer by being responsible, accurate, accountable, courteous and efficient. Primary Accountabilities Follows pharmacy's policy and procedures when ringing out a customer Assures that all customers are waited on in a courteous and efficient manner. Communicate and act in a courteous, tactful and professional manner at all times. Assures packaging looks professional Goes through each medication with the customer making sure that everything is correct and in the bag. Assess every customer and involves the manager if anyone is displeased or unhappy Runs a daily report and pulls the 14 day old prescriptions from the bin and makes phone calls on the 7 day old prescriptions Responsible for calling all problem prescriptions that need to be mailed or courier and cannot be rung through the register. Counts down register everyday after shift Accurately runs end of day procedure, which includes printing reports and inputting data into an excel spreadsheet.Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) education is mandatory. Excellent Communication skills and ability to successfully interact with customer's and fellow associates. Two years experience as a cashier. Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
