Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic EEG Technician to join our healthcare team.Your primary function is to run diagnostic tests to assist doctors with their diagnoses.You will work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative manner.
In this role you will:
Preparation of EEG and administration of EEG exams
Post exam duties: Accurately processes andfilesEEG reports.
Accurately and efficiently processes EEG and PFT reportsin a timely mannerandmaintainslogs of all transcribed reports.
Assist with Blood Gas Laboratory data entry to include normal/critical value ABG log, outstanding lab specimencorrectionand RT lab personnel license board.
Assistwith the layout,proofingand distribution of the RT Times.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GEDrequired
BLS at hirerequired
National Certification for EEG Preferred
Completion of an accredited school for Neuro-diagnostics strongly preferred
Applicable work experience and clinical competency may substitute for education
A minimum of one year experience preferred
