We are currently seeking Dietary Aides to join our dedicated team.
Responsiblities of the Dietary Aides:
- Prepare food.
- Cook food according to cycle menu and adherence to specialized and mechanical diets as appropriate.
- Participate in daily sanitation assignments.
- Delivery and retrieval of food trays to the nursing units.
- Prepare and print meal tickets.
- Deliver and assist patients with select menu selections.
- Receive and stock food delivery.
Job Requirements of the Dietary Aides:
- High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
- Experience in hospital or long-term care facility dietary department preferred.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Approachable, flexible and adaptable to change.
