Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean environment
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Required qualifications:
Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Program.
Previous experience as an LPN in an acute care/long-term care setting is desirable.
Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New York.
