Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting client-specific goals and objectives.
- Provide effective therapeutic interventions to individuals across the lifespan, from children to adults.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, educators, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate clients and their families about speech and language disorders and provide guidance on care and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay informed about new research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Ohio or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with diverse populations and age groups is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented approach to care.
