Sodexo Leisure is seeking 3 seasonal Chef Manager's to support our operations from March to November for the famous Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, CA. The Hollywood Bowl offers exceptional food services that range from fine dining in our premium restaurants to grab and go at our concessions. Providing an unforgettable guest experience is our focus. We pride ourselves on a quality farm to table culinary specialties offered throughout the venue.
These Chef Managers will be a member of the culinary team that will be assigned to support one of our 3 outlets- The Wine Bar, the backyard & catering/production venues at Hollywood Bowl.
As the working Chef Manager you will need to have:
- Strong culinary skills along with the proven ability to organize large events
- Commissary production, multiple cooking techniques
- Ordering, inventory, managing costs, menu development
- Scratch cooking and ensuring HACCP compliance

Responsible for the day to day execution of the menus & culinary deliverables. May be responsible for smaller units within a multi-location.

Qualifications & Requirements
