About the Job
Sodexo Aviation has a new national role available- Senior Culinary Development Manager. This National Corporate Chef will have full Culinary Responsibility for the Delta Sky Clubs operated by Sodexo- encompassing 51 Clubs in 35 States. Chef will create cutting edge menus for these unique venues, working with the staff at each location to source the products and insure maximum quality for our valued customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing kitchen operations, creating menus, training kitchen staff and making food presentations to client executives. These clubs offer very high end, complimentary appetizers, small plate items. Prior experience managing upscale, high volume dining production is a must! Knowledge of Sodexo food systems, vendors & processes is preferred.
A flexible work schedule and travel @ 50% of the time is expected for this role.

Ensures Culinary program compliance and development re: consistency, innovation, budgetary compliance, and skill development of culinary team within framework for the culinary aspects of a system of related accounts. Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
