Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility.
*1.0 FTE is Full-Time any position less than 1.0 FTE is Part-Time and .001 FTE is Optional Part-Time*
*Positions with an "FTE" (full time equivalency) of .8 - 1.0 are eligible for full-time medical dental and vision benefits. Positions with an "FTE" of .5 - .799 are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical dental and vision benefits*
Under the direction of the Operations Manager of Environmental Services and according to established organizational and departmental policies and procedures this individual is responsible for the supervision of all Environmental Services functions and services throughout the hospital and associated clinic.
This individual assures that the facility is maintained in a manner that is consistent with organizational and customer expectations and standards regarding cleanliness aesthetics safety and infection control.
Other duties as assigned.
A minimum of four years experience in Environmental Services related experience and a thorough understanding of equipment supplies and methods of utilization of the performance of those tasks is required.
Relevant professional experience is required.
Additional language skills are strongly preferred. High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
An Associates Degree in Business is preferred.
AHE membership and/or CHESP accreditation is preferred.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
Must demonstrate proficiency in the following: Microsoft Office EPIC Kronos Press Ganey Lawson Midas SharePoint and TMS.
Knowledge of Six Sigma A-3 lean process improvements is required
