Location: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our WOODLAND PRIME 400 facility.
*1.0 FTE is Full-Time any position less than 1.0 FTE is Part-Time and .001 FTE is Optional Part-Time*
*Positions with an "FTE" (full time equivalency) of .8 - 1.0 are eligible for full-time medical dental and vision benefits. Positions with an "FTE" of .5 - .799 are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical dental and vision benefits*
Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm Rotating Saturdays 8am-noon
This position is responsible for helping end-users who are having any computer software problem for Froedtert Health's Epic Systems. This position may also have responsibility for responding to questions regarding the functionality performance and availability of business applications running on the hospitals' network. Will work closely with Manager to ensure that the Help Desk function delivers at a service level consistent with the expectations of the hospitals' end-users. Works with other IS department staff to ensure proper communication of information that may directly or indirectly impact the users of the various information systems. Works closely and professionally with Help Desk team members and Clinical Informatics team members to promote teamwork and accountability. Other duties as assigned.
A minimum of one year of relevant Help Desk and customer service experience preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting is required.
Experience should include a minimum of one year of relevant Epic services.
Experience with healthcare business processes and associated applications/software is preferred.
Knowledge of computer/network principles at a level normally acquired through completion of an Associate degree in a relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education and experience is required.
Epic knowledge/experience preferred.
Clarity and discipline in communication skills; written and verbal.
Strong organizational multi-tasking and time management skills.
Able to work well in a team environment.
