About the Job


Fox Cable Network Services, LLC seeks a Director, Technology to lead the Salesforce project on the Salesforce lightning platform to equip the Ad Sales team the ability to manage, track and report on their opportunity pipeline. Manage development, delivery and implementation of the new Salesforce application on the lightning platform. Specific duties include: 1) Responsible for CRM system utilizing Salesforce Lightning platform. 2) Manage a cross functional team of developers, analysts, and quality assurance resources. 3) Responsible for project timeline and project delivery. 4) Responsible for complex Mulesoft integrations with various planning system. 5) Define Data migration strategy and direct data migration. 6) Develop enhancements to meet the functional requirements. 7) Manage and coordinate analysts, development; master data management and testing resources for project delivery and timeline. 8) Establish roles and security configuration. 9) Define and develop software application future state and present it to the stakeholders for approval. 10) Define and implement application deployment strategy. 11) Define ad implement migration and Data conversation strategy form legacy application to the future/ new software application. 12) Report on project status and report on project delivery teams progress and weekly tasks. 13) Identify and report on all project risks and issues. Propose mitigation strategy to handle risks and minimize Impact. 14) Manage the Development and Functional team. 15) Develop approved applications to meet the functional requirements. Oversee lower-level subordinates in QA, Administration/Development and Business Analysis roles.

Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field (will accept a three-year or four-year Bachelor's degree) and three (3) years of project management or related experience leading application development projects, including experience managing data migration; application release management and deployment strategy; gathering and documenting application requirements; building, managing and coaching a team; and working with multiple levels of organization and key business partners, internal and external

Experience must include one (1) year of experience with Ad Sales business process including sales, planning, stewardship, programming and billing; and documentation of Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Requirements Doc (FRD)

*Specific skills: Also requires experience or knowledge in the following: 1) Experience managing application implementations on Salesforce lightning platform; 2) Knowledge of the media industry; 3) Knowledge of all cross-functional processes, including analysis, design, development, testing, user acceptance testing, deployment and internal communications and reporting; 4) Experience in Software Development Life Cycle methodologies, including Agile Methodology; and 5) Experience in advertising sales, linear and digital platforms
