The Marketing Director is responsible for cultivating and stewarding the eCLV through collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure brand consistency and differentiation. The Marketing Director will work to drive traffic and accelerate revenue growth via events, media, public relations, and community engagement. This role is structured in a matrix environment and will need to regularly partner with the Geo VP, RVPs and Directors. The core responsibilities of the Marketing Director will be driven on the total results of the total Geo.

  • Build new-to-file and eCLV by partnering with Digital Marketing team to drive local customer identification and recruitment strategies leveraging stores and digital marketing programs
  • Develop and manage local marketing calendar inclusive of nation brand and localized priorities
  • Partner with brand team to develop local extensions of national programs for loyalty/member recruitment & activation programs
  • Oversee a team of Local Community Managers that are executing Geo events & activations including budget planning, support, Operational integration - with goals to garner customer ID and drive NPS
  • Build strategies that drive NPS and social media sentiments through the development of influencer programs
  • Develop and manage local marketing budget in compliance with national stewardship and local priorities - identify and partner on marketing efficiencies
  • Responsible for the Omni Sales growth of the Geo market
  • Support the Geo market across all banners, while focusing on specific accountabilities as assigned
  • Share best practices and lever efficiencies with community of Geo Marketing Directors
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Marketing role
  • Logical thinker, able to synthesize knowledge, data and experience to develop and communicate solid conclusions and recommendations
  • Proven track record of marketing growth success
