FlexStaff is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) speaking Logistics & Sales Operations Coordinator to join our client's team. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity. We are looking for a true team player who can bridge the gap between production and sales, ensuring our client's logistics are cost-effective and their customers are well supported.
Salary: 70,000k - 75,000k
Location: Support the migration of inventory to our new NJ facility starting in May.

Key Responsibilities
- Logistics & Cost Optimization: Ensure "On Time In Full" (OTIF) shipments. Constantly bid out deliveries to secure competitive rates, with a heavy focus on frozen shipments.
- Inventory Management: Monitor customer portals daily to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.
- Sales Ops & AR Support: Handle order processing, customer inquiries, and performance deduction reconciliation by matching BOLs with invoices. Conduct collections for overdue accounts.
- Operational Transition: Support the migration of inventory to our new NJ facility starting in May.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate daily with the Plant Manager and Production/Warehouse teams to sync schedules and develop "Plan B" options for any production delays.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Logistics or Sales Ops (Food & Beverage experience preferred).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills for freight bidding and financial reconciliation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a "team-first" mentality.
- Ability to commute between NJ and Bronx during the transition (until late Q3).
