Skillset:
- Professional experience of web software testing
- Knowledgeable in software Quality Assurance practices.
- An understanding of integration, regression, and acceptance testing methodologies
- Knowledge in web applications, including understanding the underlying architectures
- Background in US Retirement Benefits Administration domain
- Experience with writing SQL queries
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong desire to break software in creative but controlled manner
- Detail oriented
- Team oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
- Ability to be flexible as new projects are assigned.
- Working knowledge of web technologies (i.e. CSS, HTML5, Javascript, REST service, etc)
Domain Experience:
- US Retirement - Defined Benefits, Defined Contributions, 401K, Pension plans, Withdrawals, Loans, Distributions.
- Various Forms - Form 5500, Form 5300, Form 1099R, 1099-DIV, etc.
- Taxation - Withholding Federal, State.
- Processes - Contributions, Investment Elections, Fund Transfers, etc.
