Position Responsibilities/Requirements
Skillset:
  • Professional experience of web software testing
  • Knowledgeable in software Quality Assurance practices.
  • An understanding of integration, regression, and acceptance testing methodologies
  • Knowledge in web applications, including understanding the underlying architectures
  • Background in US Retirement Benefits Administration domain
  • Experience with writing SQL queries
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong desire to break software in creative but controlled manner
  • Detail oriented
  • Team oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
  • Ability to be flexible as new projects are assigned.
  • Working knowledge of web technologies (i.e. CSS, HTML5, Javascript, REST service, etc)

Domain Experience:
  • US Retirement - Defined Benefits, Defined Contributions, 401K, Pension plans, Withdrawals, Loans, Distributions.
  • Various Forms - Form 5500, Form 5300, Form 1099R, 1099-DIV, etc.
  • Taxation - Withholding Federal, State.
  • Processes - Contributions, Investment Elections, Fund Transfers, etc.
