About the team

As a trust company, Reliance Trust follows the highest standard of fiduciary care in the oversight of client assets. As a result, some of the largest financial institutions in the country utilize our investment and trust capabilities to carry out their own fiduciary responsibilities. Reliance Trust offers full, written fee transparency and comprehensive investment management services offering a menu of available investment options which includes mutual funds, ETFs, separately managed accounts (SMAs), collective investment trust funds, as well as access to alternative strategies such as hedge funds and private equity investments.

What you will be doing

Manages the Securities processing environment to protect the production systems critical to the success of the business

  • Develop tactical and strategic plans to process operations per service agreements
  • Selects, trains, develops and leads an efficient and effective processing team
  • Identifies and recommends cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives within the processing area
  • Develops and executes project plans, budgets, and schedules for documentation of work and results.
  • Develops, manages, and forecasts the budgets for the relevant cost centers.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree or combination or education, training or work experience
  • Broad understanding of the financial and strategic aspects of the business and participates in and/or establishes initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the enterprise
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Viewed as an expert resource by peers and coworkers, maintains a good working relationship with both internal and external customers
  • Demonstrates the ability to lead by example and motivate professional level staff
