What you will be doing
• Responsible for defining Technical Release Management processes
• Responsible for incorporating Continual Service Improvement into Release Management processes
• Manages and maintains an overview/baseline of all versions of all products in a software package
• Ensures that each release build is complete
• Creates platform build tickets
• Delivers platform builds to Deployment Management and communicates contents
• Assures the quality of release instructions
• Understands and manages technical/system dependencies between various components in a release, including back out processes
What you bring:
• Knowledge of multiple operating systems and related utilities and hardware
• Knowledge of storage management
• Knowledge of TCP/IP
• Knowledge of network monitoring and tools
• Knowledge of technical writing principles and practices
