Position Responsibilities/Requirements
This role is a part of Derivatives Utility Technology in the new onboarding team and entails delivery of Utility Reconciliations book of work along with other key responsibilities highlighted below.
This position will be based in Raleigh and report to the Reconciliations Development Lead, Jersey City.
Responsibilities
  • Development of new reconciliations, regulatory requirements, exchange / clearing house mandated changes, template and framework upgrades for Intellimatch ETD.
  • Development of key Utility initiatives for reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with L2 and QA teams for delivery of monthly releases.
  • Work with Reconciliations Development Lead to identify project risks and improvement areas.
  • Mentor junior resources. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and work with Reconciliations Development Lead to create learning plans.
Essential Skills
  • 4-6 years of strong reconciliation development experience in all modules of Intellimatch (Recollector, Admin, Reconciliation).
  • Development experience of building ETD reconciliations (exchange, broker, intercompany) in Intellimatch ETD.
  • 4-6 years of strong database experience in SQL.
  • Good communication skills for clear and effective interaction with both internal and external parties.
  • Working knowledge of exchange traded derivatives business and trade flows.
  • Self-starter with good interpersonal skills and a solution driven approach.
Desirable Skills
  • Development experience of upgrading Intellimatch to version 9.1 and above.
  • Strong knowledge of exchange traded derivatives and cleared OTC derivatives business processes.
  • Strong analytical skills.
