What you will be doing
You will jumpstart your future in the Fintech industry by working alongside experts and mentors who provide hands-on training and growth opportunities. You will push boundaries and be at the forefront of meaningful, forward-thinking change through your work at FIS. You will work with teams that will have direct interface with external clients on technical matters.
  • Project analyst work; schedule and manage meetings, minutes, agendas, forecasting and planning
  • Develop, define and execute project plans
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets and deliverables and other supporting activities
What is this position?
**This position is slated to start June 3, 2019**
The FIS 2019 Associate Development Program:
As a 2019 Associate Development Program participant with FIS, you will benefit from a two-year on the job training program. As a program participant you will have the opportunity to be mentored and participate in team projects, social events, community service activities work, and professional development seminars.
Upon the program start date, each ADP participant will complete a one-week orientation program where participants:
  • Learn how to work within a corporate environment
  • Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organizationThe ADP program participants will participate in monthly virtual trainings with their manager and while receiving bi-weekly performance feedback from their managers they will also receive accelerated performance reviews and merit increases every six-months throughout the two-year development program.
What you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, Technology, Engineering, Business or related field
  • Solid communication skills to build business relationships
  • Good leadership skills
  • Analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial attitude and a passion to problem solve
  • Technology and banking knowledge
