ABOUT THE TEAM:
FIS is looking for a Deposits Implementation Conversion Analyst to join our Implementations Team in Orlando, FL. Be a part of a team that works directly with clients, programmers and other team members to define our client products and services.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
The Implementation Conversion Analyst will act as an on-site resource during conversions, and answers questions, troubleshoot issues, support implementation of new procedures, conduct last minute training, if necessary, and provide support during conversion week.
  • You will be working with client products and services through information gathering sessions to determine how FIS systems must be set up, to meet client needs.
  • Then you will complete the product mapping that includes all processing requirements and identifying challenges in converting the customer to FIS systems.
  • You will gather forms and data files from customers and assesses requirements and customizations for delivery.
  • With your Deposits expertise, you will detail how every field of Deposits information will be converted and then share the data maps with programmers, clients, and others to ensure successful conversion.
WHAT YOU BRING:
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of recent experience with software implementations/conversions and strong knowledge of deposits, specifically from a back-office banking perspective. In addition:
  • A successful candidate in this role is very organized and detail oriented; as well as able to work with shifting priorities
  • You love figuring things out and making recommendations to improve what you/we do
  • You understand back-office Deposits and how they work
  • You can travel 50%
