Job Summary

Provides support to Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.

Essential Functions

  • Performs  general office clerical duties
  • General working knowledge of fast.
  • Proficient Customer service skills.
  • Work closely with Escrow and Underwriter as directed.
  • Compliance with Corporate and NCS policies and procedures, including wire fraud training.
  • Learn and understand the basic concepts of transactional accounting
  • Learn and become efficient with communicating and working with our outside partners (Gost) and title vendors.
  • Engage and demonstrate a desire to further knowledge by participating and taking advantage of all training classes, presentations, on line materials available through Teach Me and FA Live.
  • Work closely with assigned Mentor or Escrow personnel
