Audit Analyst Intern: Beginning June 2025
As an Audit Analyst Intern, you will provide independent and objective audit and advisory services that help Fidelity manage risk, improve customer service, and enhance business performance. Our primary motivation is to drive positive change throughout the firm.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
· Working towards an Internal Audit, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity or related field of study
· GPA of 3.2 or higher (overall and in major)
· Demonstrable leadership experience in school, extracurricular activities, and/or work settings
· Problem solving ability, analytical skills, and intellectual curiosity
· Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal communication
The Purpose of Your Role
· Understand the basics of audit practices, tools, techniques, concepts and trends in the technology and financial services industries.
· Perform audit test work including: organizing and analyzing data and summarizing findings for review.
· Apply strategic and data analytics concepts, principles, and techniques to solve issues and document results.
· Leverage audit automation tools in the evaluation of business operations and systems.
· Develop, execute, and document control evaluation procedures.
· Work with management within a business or function facilitating the identification and resolution of risk issues including: interviewing key clients and documenting results.
· Draft audit reports that provide a clear description of issues identified, related implications on the business or enterprise as a whole and recommendations to resolve the issues.
· Build deep working relationships with audit teams and clients.
