Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Shift: 11PM – 7AM
Location: Fairview Skilled Rehab & Nursing Home
Position Overview:
Fairview Skilled Rehab & Nursing Home is seeking compassionate and reliable CNAs to join our team for the 11pm-7am shift. As a CNA, you will play a key role in providing hands-on care, comfort, and support to our residents, helping them maintain dignity, safety, and quality of life.
Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff

Take and record vital signs accurately

Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
-
Provide emotional support and build positive relationships with residents and families

Respond promptly to call bells and resident needs
-
Assist with meal setup and feeding as needed

Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols at all times

Document care provided in accordance with facility policies
Qualifications:

Current CNA certification in New York State
-
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
