Home Health Aide (HHA) Job Opportunity

About the Role
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide high-quality care and assistance to our clients in their homes, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management
• Helping with mobility and transfers, including walking, showering, and bathing
• Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Monitoring clients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
• Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
• Hold a valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate
• Have a recent physical examination
• Be up-to-date on Rubella and Rubeola immunizations
• Have TB screening or QuantiFERON
• Have two forms of identification
