As Barclays APAC Program Trading Sales, this is an exciting opportunity where you will work with the global Program Trading Management & Sales team to help deliver growth across the APAC Equities Client franchise through specific client aligned targets. Equities Sales work alongside our client Execution business to interact with the clients.

What will you be doing?
Our offices are situated in the center of Hong Kong's financial district, at 2 Queen's Road. Cheung Kong Centre is an investment banking hub that offers panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and Kowloon Peninsula. There is a variety of local amenities and you will be just a short walk from shopping malls, health clubs and multiple transport links.

What will you be doing?
- Providing high quality client execution service to APAC and Global PT clients & supporting the regional execution business, specifically in relation to client set-up, Onboarding and workflow.
- Engaging with Electronic & PT Sales Trading & Product teams to provide high quality execution services
- Engaging with Prime sales and Sales Trading to review clients and allocate resources
- Working in partnership with Ops and Middle Office teams to ensure seamless front to back service is provided to clients
- Engaging in team meetings, partnering with client strategy and business management to deliver results
- Experience of Equities PT Sales and Trading in the Asia region, executing and providing coverage to local and global clients
- Ideally some client relationships for PT clients trading in APAC
- Interest in market structure changes and the impact of regulation on the broader cash business and on our client franchise in particular
- Experience of working collaboratively in highly productive teams, including track record of delivering to challenging targets & objectives
- Exceptional and clear communicator
- Motivated to learn and proactively seeks responsibility
- Able to work in a pressured environment
- Tenacious & self-motivated
