Responsibilities
Sales Management
  1. to prepare regular performance tracking reports to facilitate team lead to monitor branch and sales performance
  2. to provide and prepare sales incentive tracking with target achievements to facilitate team lead in forming sales incentive scheme
  3. to prepare performance health check summary to facilitate DHs to conduct necessary performance action
  4. to work with Biz Analytics to prepare quarterly sales incentive fulfillment
  5. to facilitate team lead in forming branch network planning action plan with Branch performance and portfolio data support
  6. to work with HR on new hiring planning and ensure adequate branch manpower level for acquiring business and service standard
  7. to corporate with T&O & Digital team on developing/adopting digital initiatives , facilitate the collection of business/customer intelligence with in-depth analysis

Control and Compliance
  1. Adhere to the Bank's policies, standards, operations guidelines/procedures, security and internal control measures.
  2. Comply with the Ordinances and Code laid down by the Government and the related regulatory authorities.
  3. Maintain adequate control to monitor and review regularly and frequently the competence of their staff so as to ensure that their staff members remain competent for their role, taking into account changing circumstances. Review will be conducted in Mid Year / Full Year Performance and Development Review.

Requirements
  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Sales management experience in financial institution
  • Highly organized team player with strong initiatives and creative thinking
  • Good analytical skill and proficient in data management
  • Solid knowledge & skills of Microsoft Office applications, such as MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
