Responsibilities
- A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience focusing on the China market in a private markets investment role preferably at a top tier private equity buyout or secondary market firm.
- Experience building and managing the operational aspects of a private markets business (including but not limited to: investments, deal flow/terms, due diligence, legal/compliance and infrastructure) is ideal.
- Ability to recruit, mentor and develop a small team of experienced private equity investors.
- Ability and track record of generating money making investment ideas within private markets.
- Established industry relationships and network to gain access to deal flow.
