The Role Responsibilities
We are currently looking for candidate to support the governance and risk management of CABM team in HK and Asia. The candidate will be responsible to drive governance and compliance through marketing operating rhythm, overseeing measures and controls for key risk areas including conduct and ICS risk, implementing risk-related projects to upgrade governance standard and marketing excellence for the team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities

Governance and risk management and control
  • To assist the functional operational risk manager of CABM in coordinating, driving and directing effective compliance and risk management, implementing robust processes and controls to meet all regulatory and internal requirement.
  • To assist management in ICS risk and conduct risk.
  • To ensure proper functioning of day-to-day controls by performing periodic assessment and monitoring activities.
  • To implement and execute the control testing processes, sampling and testing the population of controls to ensure compliance with agreed control standards.
  • To assist in various internal review and gap analysis regulatory or governance related assessment and to provide support on audit issues.
  • To assist in conducting internal training to department to elevate governance standards and awareness on various risks.
Support Sponsorship and Donations procedures governance
  • To provide day-to-day guidance on procedures compliance to in-country stakeholders to ensure that the sponsorship and donation cases processing comply with policy, and to provide necessary support in case reporting governance.
Support and guidance on vendor management, procurement and vendor onboarding for the department
Process management and DOI maintenance for the department, and to conduct periodic and regular review on process compliance
