Core Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management Framework including formalization of policy and drive various initiatives, to ensure effective framework is in place for best practice and to meet regulatory requirement.
- Support regular risk reporting in particular financial risk metrics and key risk indicators which provides insight to management and Board
- Support the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process and reporting including scenarios construction for capital projection, identification of adverse drivers to the business to provide good insight to the management and Board on the key capital challenges and its management actions
- Participate in the product development cycle and facilitate key risk identification, and liaise with business functions to formulate mitigation actions on those financial risk
- Support the Head of Risk to closely collaborate with Actuarial, Investment and Finance on asset liability management, including Strategic Asset Allocation monitoring, duration management, liquidity management
- Support the Head of Risk in quantifying sales quality of the new business.
Qualifications/Experience
- Education Level：Bachelor degree or above
- Preferred Majors：Actuarial, Finance, Accounting, Statistic, Risk Management
- Years of Working Experience：At least six years in risk management/Actuarial/Finance/Product in insurance companies, less experience would be considered as Assistant Manager.
