Roles
- Provide support for head of M&A on origination and execution of M&A transactions
- Co-ordinate with the professional parties in relation to the flotation process
- Provide support for the senior members with emphasis on financial analyses, financial modelling, and evaluation activities
- Prepare pitch books, business proposals, and due diligence
- Keep track on market activities and relevant news
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in Finance or related discipline(s)
- Strong financial and modelling skills with good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluency in Chinese (including Putonghua) and English
