Responsibility :
- Perform monthly closing procedures and prepare reporting package to ensure financial results are accurate and submitted
- Provide analytics support to senior management by developing financial data analysis
- Assist to prepare regular management reports and provide commentary on financial performance for regular review
- Support Manager to monitor compliance with company internal policy
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Work closely with the finance (accounting) team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Responsible for data reporting tasks and data automation tasks
Requirements :
- Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting / Management Information System or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of business finance or other relevant experience, preferably in service industry
- Experience in Power BI and Power Query would be an advantage
- Proactive, assertive, detailed minded and good interpersonal skills
- Good team player and quick learner
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
