Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing and providing guidance to the deal team on issues related to capital market
- Originate and generate business mandates
- Liaise with IBD and Sales to ensure successful execution of transactions
- Liaise with external parties (ibanks, lawyers) to ensure the overall success of transactions
Job Specification
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or other relevant majors
- More than 7 years of relevant experience in the industry

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships
- Ambitious and motivated to contribute to a growing investment banking environment
- Proactive in taking responsibilities and able to multi-task
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
