You will join us as a team member of WM Client Lifecycle Controls team within WM Front Services:
- Review WM account opening cases of all risk ratings which include but is not limited to Source of Wealth, Source of Funds, KYC Identification, AML, KYC, FATCA, CRS, etc.
- Give approvals for Low and Medium risk accounts, and prepare EDD assessments for High and Very High risk accounts for approval by Financial Crime Compliance function
- Ensures all risk issues have been appropriately been identified, raised and relevant approvals have been acquired - PEP, Tax Compliance, Sanctions, Reputational Risk, etc.
- Ensures all accounts being reviewed satisfy the required standards in relation to Financial Crime Compliance and other regulatory requirements
- Provides advisory support for onboarding of sophisticated clients to ensure full compliance with procedures, policies and regulations
- Provide KYC advice to the Hong Kong WM Business and supporting functions on client onboarding matters pertaining to new rules, regulations and initiatives. This includes advising on the relevant impact assessments and implementation
