Responsibilities:
-Support Digital Experience and Transformation team to execute digital project initiatives and BAU activities
-Work with internal teams and vendors on digital channels or platforms for end to end digital tasks, including requirement preparations, testing, production checking and support
-Assist digital strategy development, execution, and user experience enhancement
-Manage digital defects and incidents, starting from reporting, progress tracking until relevant cases are closed
Education & Experience:
-At least 3 years' experience working digital project
-Experience on webpage design with good understanding on UX/UI
-Worked on marketing campaigns is a PLUS
-Open to Insurance and Finance Background.
