The Credit Documentation Senior Analyst is an intermediate level position
responsible for preparing and validating facility letter documentation and
security documents for Commercial Banking client.
The overall objective of this role is to liaise with different stakeholders including credit analysts and relationship managers to ensure consistency in credit approval decisions and recommend delinquent strategies in alignment with overall credit policies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the credit facility and ISDA/FX lite documentation preparation processes for Citi Commercial Banking clients, via working closely with relevant stakeholders (i.e. credit analysts, relationship bankers, legal, products and operations etc), in accordance with the Bank's documentation standards and specified turnaround disciplines.
- Drive the facility documentation process improvements and automation projects, enhance processing efficiency and customer experience.
- Support head office, regional and local facility documentation process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain data on credit exposures, obligors and facilities in relevant credit systems in coordination with the operations - Services team. Together with relevant stakeholders as to drive data quality efforts, analyze and report credit exposure, escalate deficiencies and recommend delinquent strategies in alignment with overall policies.
- Handle ad hoc projects as requested by management.
- Involved in coaching and training of new recruits and junior colleagues.

- Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or with relevant documentation experience
