Responsibilities:

- Engage and support management in formulating strategies to achieve short, interim, and long-term business goals in accordance with the development strategies of the Bank
- Carry out collaboration activities and enhance the relationships with internal and external business partners in order to expand the client base.
- Assist in planning and implementing various customer acquisition campaigns and activities
- Execute, co-ordinate and monitor acquisition projects and make evaluation and improvement recommendations to management.
- Complete daily tasks of the team, including follow-up, consolidation and analysis of client referral cases and compilation of various reports
- Carry out ad hoc or other tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Degree or above, major in Business Administration or banking related disciplines is preferred
- At least 3 years or above relevant experience in client acquisition and data analysis (experience in sales management, business promotion and segment analysis will be a strong plus)
- Sound knowledge of investment, wealth management and asset allocation, familiar with local regulatory requirements, industry practices and market trends, good understanding of risk management concepts, principles and control systems
- Experience in business development and good project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
- Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written. Fluent in Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office application, including MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Chinese and English input Method
