Responsibilities:
- Drive planning and execution of eCommerce strategy
- Drive, gather and understand business requirements and lead strategic pilot initiatives / programs and plan for regional rollouts
- Drive business innovation through identification and adoption of business solutions, prioritized business objectives and collaborate with stakeholders to identify roadblocks and challenges
- Coordinate, maintain and communicate project meeting agenda information with BUs and various stakeholders/participants.
- Monitor and control internal eCommerce projects development to ensure alignment with overall business strategy
- Prepare reports and presentation materials for management (eCommerce head).
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- University degree
- 5-10 years working experience as Business Manager. Experience in the securities industry, investment bank or financial institution in a business management role is a plus.
- Knowledge of products within various asset classes and services including FICC, Equities, Brokerage Services, Wealth or Asset Management and their execution channels.
- Proficient multi-tasker with experience managing multiple day-to-day activities and project deliverables concurrently.
- Detail orientated, proactive problem solver with strong numerical, verbal and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
