Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist, Audience Development, and Analytics will collaborate with Fisher Scientific Digital Marketing Team to design, implement, and execute audiences for digital marketing tactics that generate revenue, complement efforts of the selling organization, and expand the reach and impact of integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Eloqua, IBM Unica, and Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define audience strategy through thought leadership and best practices for all Fisher Scientific Digital Marketing initiatives
  • Work with internal teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical execution for email and website campaigns: including targeted, nurture, and trigger programs
  • In collaboration with Corporate Marketing and e-business, support the implementation of the audience technologies and improve segmentation/targeting capabilities (e.g. pixels, …).
  • Advice Strategic Marketing on new technologies for new customer acquisition and audience development strategies
  • Segment and leverage the marketing database using advanced data analytics for efficient and effective campaign targeting.
  • Translate business requirements and industry expertise into targeted audiences for display advertising on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google
  • Coordinate with the web team to ensure analytical tracking and performance and deliver dashboards to support the activity of the Digital Marketing activities.
  • Define, support, and execute business intelligence actions to allow and enable automated strategic reports to provide a deep understanding to guide future strategies. Be a real partner to all the Digital Marketing Specialists (demand generation, re-marketing, Omnichannel, social, customer behaviors, emails, …)
  • Participate in user forums, conferences, and other events to stay current on best practices and new product offerings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years working in audience development roles, Master’s is preferred
  • Adobe Analytics fundamentals, Adobe Audience Manager fundamentals, Eloqua Master is a plus
  • Understanding of key digital marketing strategies and concepts.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, SQL, Adobe Audience Manager, R studio, SPSS -other technologies
  • 3+ years of CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
  • High attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to multi-task.
  • Candidate must flourish in a fast-paced, iterative, deadline driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, results-orientated, and ability to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and ability to work with remote co-workers.
  • Exposure to database management and reporting tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills and, ability to use data from multiple sources to gain insights and help drive decisions

  • Master’s in business preferred
