Job Summary
The Digital Specialist is an expert communicator who can connect technology and people in order to accomplish business goals. The Digital Specialist will lead the development and execution of digital strategies within assigned group. They will assist in project management, website maintenance, content/creative development, and campaign monitoring and reporting as required.
Where applicable, they will be responsible for day-to-day management of the practices' web presence social channels and email newsletters as well as tools deployed to the practices focused on improving patient experience. They will support internal communications efforts as well. They will work within the enterprise to stay connected to the larger digital strategy and work to stay abreast of developments within the digital space. In addition, they will be expected to provide content support and expertise in targeted areas to support internal and external communications.

Required:
o Fundamentals of HTML & CSS (email and web)
o Fundamentals of digital graphic, video, and audio formats
o Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, others a plus)
o Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Adwords, Search Console
o Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email, mobile, and multi-channel)
o Salesforce Community Cloud (content updates)
o Website content management systems such as Sitecore, HubSpot, Kentico and Wordpress
o Social organic and advertising platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
