On Board Services is seeking a self-directed individual who has demonstrated operational experience with strong awareness of the Catering operations. They must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills that are effective and in line with Rules of The Road. They must be able to communicate upwards and on behalf of the OBS organization. They must have a keen sense of customer impact when performing operational constraint analysis. This position will report directly to the Manager for On Board Services and will have frequent contact with Director, Managing Director, and Vice President level leaders.
- Responsible for building strong trust-based relationships with our Flight Attendant customer base with in the moment solutions to their Catering problems
- This individual will keep a watch over all operating activities at a system level for Catering Operations
- Work cohesively with IFS Crew Assist under quick response times to Flight Attendant Catering questions or concerns Work closely with all OCC disciplines during all tactical and strategic planning sessions
- Immediate responder and liaison to the OCC during all Catering incident management events
- Continuous oversight of operational performance and delay root cause analysis for all Catering locations providing immediate insight to delay
Hourly pay range: $20.62 to $45.86 an hour
