We are hiring 2nd shift Production MIG Welders for our 101 W. South St, Monticello, IA 52310 location.


  • MIG weld in a fast-paced production setting, with an emphasis on safety and quality, with state-of-the-art Lincoln equipment
  • Inspect work visually for defects according to Quality Systems
  • Serve as a positive role model consistent with Cornerstone’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values
  • Collaborate with team members and Supervisor to help team achieve targets
  • Provide cost saving suggestions and ideas to improve production and eliminate waste

Here is what you will need to qualify…

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high production MIG Welding environment
  • Ability to pass AWS 2G and CWB 2G certifications
  • Ability to read blueprints


  • Ability to work safe in a safe environment
