Your Role in Building ‘Anywhere’ Connections with Our Clients’ Customers.
Part of the Concentrix home-based customer service team, you will be answering calls on behalf of one of our clients. These calls might involve technical help and phone/tablet/other devices and their accounts.
What does Concentrix Need from You?
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- High-speed Internet service and phone/mobile line
- Strong computer / technical skills
- Strong typing skills, 30 words per minute
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- A quiet, distraction-free, location in your home to work
- Full shifts availability
