Coastal Manor in Yarmouth, Maine is seeking a full-time Recreation/Activities Director for our 39-bed skilled and long-term care center.

Summary of Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the activities program for our community.
- Network with the local community to establish relationships and resources for the benefit of the residents.
- Evaluate the recreational needs of each resident and create a care plan to meet those needs.
- Participates in the interdisciplinary team care plan meetings and our quality improvement program.
- Involve residents and families in planning the activity program
Job Requirements:
- Activities Professional or Occupational Therapist certification is preferred. The facility will sponsor the right candidate for Activity Professional Certification.
- 2 Years experience in the long-term care setting preferred.
