Customer Checkout & Sales Team Member responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers, determining their needs, sharing product knowledge, processing customer transactions, and assisting customers in the checkout area and/or on the sales floor while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
- Maintains, replenishes, and organizes a selling area while providing a clean and inviting environment for our customers to shop. The Customer Checkout & Sales Team Member supports our efforts to ensure our customers feel welcome, supported, and inspired to buy when in our stores.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Occasionally be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• May involve reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
