SME Management Analyst

Position Description
CGI is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, SME Management Analyst to join a high-performing team. Your future duties and responsibilities
Conducts requirements gathering and interfaces with client stakeholders to support system design and business process definition. Prepares related documentation. Participates as part of project teams in order to gather and document business requirements. Interactions may involve interfacing with senior management. Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation. May supervise others

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Fifteen years of overall experience with ten of those years coming in software development projects following a standard software development lifecycle (SDLC) model (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, etc.), experience gathering end-user requirements and developing requirements traceability matrices, experience liaising between business end-users and technical development teams to confirm that end-user requirements have been incorporated into system design and implemented in system development, experience conducting system user testing
