Nursing Home Administrator Opportunity to Lead & Grow | Relocation Available

Centennial Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Nursing Home Administrator or Administrator-in-Training (AIT) to lead our skilled nursing facilities in Southern Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values autonomy, and is passionate about improving resident care and facility operations.

Administrator-in-Training (AIT) candidates are encouraged to apply. A current Nursing Home Administrator license is not required for consideration.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily facility operations to ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance

  • Lead and support department heads, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, policies, and survey readiness

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain licensure through an Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program

  • Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, healthcare leadership, or related management experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of state and federal long-term care regulations, or the ability to learn and apply them effectively

  • Proven leadership, communication, and operational management skills

  • Ability to lead teams, drive results, and problem-solve effectively

  • High level of professionalism, initiative, and accountability

  • Passion for quality care, staff development, and resident experience
