Centennial Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Nursing Home Administrator or Administrator-in-Training (AIT) to lead our skilled nursing facilities in Southern Colorado. What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily facility operations to ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
Lead and support department heads, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, policies, and survey readiness
Drive operational performance, census growth, employee retention, and resident satisfaction
Collaborate with regional leadership to implement company initiatives and performance goals
Foster a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and compassion
Monitor budgets, staffing, and facility performance metrics
Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners
Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and employees
What We’re Looking For:
Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain licensure through an Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program
Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, healthcare leadership, or related management experience preferred
Strong understanding of state and federal long-term care regulations, or the ability to learn and apply them effectively
Proven leadership, communication, and operational management skills
Ability to lead teams, drive results, and problem-solve effectively
High level of professionalism, initiative, and accountability
Passion for quality care, staff development, and resident experience
